The shoes looks really good. Comes well packaged. Very reasonable shipping speed. Great communication and excellent customer service. This statement about after sale service comes as a result of my return experience. The shoe is true to size. My return was a result of me being used to a specific brand that looks the same.
Two things to remember: return costs $15 which is very clear when buying the shoes. Second, return must be approved by seller and mail label has to be provided. This means that you have to package the shoe to be ready for a usps return.
