Leather Sandals, Flats and Wool Slippers for Women
Everything we make for women starts in the same place: a natural cork and latex footbed, covered in soft leather, shaped to hold the arch of your foot instead of letting it flatten. What changes is what goes on top — genuine leather for summer, natural wool for winter, and a closed toe when you need one.
Sandals
Our largest collection. Thong sandals are the lightest and sit closest to the foot. One-strap and two-strap styles add an adjustable buckle, which is what you want if your feet swell in the heat. Multi-strap sandals hold the foot from more points and feel the most secure on hard pavement. All of them are in the women's leather sandals collection.
Closed shoes
Leather flats and lace-up shoes carry the same cork footbed into a shoe you can wear to an office or on a cold morning. Clogs sit in between: closed at the toe, open at the heel, easy to slip on.
Wool for the house
In winter the leather upper becomes natural wool felt. Wool slippers keep the heel open; wool house shoes close it. Both keep the arch support, which is the part most house slippers leave out.
Made by hand, in our own workshop
We are not a brand that orders shoes from a factory catalogue. Each pair is cut, lasted and finished by people we work with every day, in nubuck, oiled, nappa or suede leather, on an EVA outsole light enough to walk in for hours. That is also why sizes stay consistent from one model to the next.
Frequently asked
Which style should I start with if I stand all day? A two-strap or multi-strap sandal in summer, a closed-toe flat in winter. Both hold the foot from more than one point, which is what stops the arch collapsing by the afternoon.
Do the sandals fit a wide foot? Styles with buckles give roughly a full width of adjustment. If you know you are wide, choose those over a thong.
How long is delivery? Two to three working days, shipping is free, and duties and taxes are already paid — nothing is collected at the door.
